Customer wanted maintenance postponed. Just Air Scrubber needed. Air scrubber is not functioning and don’t have an extra one. Will come back and finish installing with a replacement. Replaced Air Scrubber and it’s working now.
Upstairs furnace Pulled and clean blower wheel. Replaced blower motor. Cleaned coil in place. Tested system everything is running well at this time Basement furnace Pulled and clean blower wheel. Cleaned coil in place. Tested system everything is running well at this time.
Heatpump is low on r22. Compressor is also pulling high amps. With Agee of system I recommend looking into replacement
B1 Clean & Check Service Cleaned and Tested heating system on 2 systems. Everything is working well at this time. Recommendations Doing maintenance on Dehumidifier. Installing 2 Air Scrubbers one for each system.
Preventative maintenance on furnace in Zionsville
Cleaned and Tested heating system. Found cracked heat exchanger.
Capacitor for blower motor is bad. Blower motor pulling almost 10 amps. Heat exchanger does have a crack in o ring. Inducer pulling 1.3 amps rated at 0.7. Furnace is 30 years old. All major components has either failed or are starting to. Recommended replacement.

Heat exchanger is visibly cracked. Will quote repair vs placement. Heat exchanger design in these units just aren’t very good. They crack every few years in a commercial setup
Replaced filters and checked for proper operation. Heat exchanger starting to show some rust and heat damage. I checked proper airflow and gas pressure. Heat exchanger may need to be replaced next season.
