My experience with Field's began at the initial visit to give me a price quote. Casey arrived on time, listened to my situation and ultimately provided me with several options. When they arrived to install the new furnace they were again on time and fully equipped to do the job. The installation actually took less time than estimated. They even were very patient with answering all my questions during the installation.

Thank you. As you already know, the Dynatherm was a very efficient boiler and way ahead of its time. Today, there are not many people who know how service them but since Casey is the third generation of service tech at FSI, he has been taught the ins and outs of that system. The saying goes "The job is not finished until the cleanup is done" and we live by that rule.
Chris arrived on time and serviced our heating system for the Winter. He's a real professional and explained to us what was done for this servicing in terms that we could understand. Called for an issue on my furnace. Casey was able to come out the same day and take care of my issue. Casey took the time to show to me the issue and explained everything prior to making any repairs.
