Tim was exceptionally knowledgeable. He removed the panels from our a/c unit and washed them down thoroughly. We were amazed at how much debris was in them. He answered our questions and gave us helpful tips for running the a/c. Definitely recommend!

The technicians and installation were amazing. They finished in 1 day as promised, were incredibly friendly to both us and our pets, the work looks of highest quality, and they left the house inside and out spotless when they were done. So incredibly pleased with our decision to use First Choice! The only issue we had was that the salesperson did not respond when we sent over questions and was not diligent in taking notes for when the installation team came in.
