Install explained and done, price too high

Their installations and answers to my questions were spot on, but they were only here for 2 hours total (1 hour was for an estimate) and they charged me $500 for installation. I don’t think that price is fair for the amount of time and work they did. This company overcharges.

The best service!

Our AC was not working. I called and my call was immediately answered by a super friendly operator. She explained there was a bit of a wait which I assumed there would be because it’s been in the 90’s and the area has suffered many power outages. Our technician was Noah and he was super knowledgeable and professional. Took him about 20 minutes (working in the pouring rain) and our ac was up and running. Thank you!

Customer had no heat in home, said thermostat not communicating, thermostat is old but turned it up and heard blower trying to start but moving very slow, system has a bad blower motor, system is very small so our universal motors wouldn’t work, we can see if motor is still available but unit is from 1980 so more than likely not, if we can try and see if it is if not customer is going to need a new unit, will need to follow up,with customer in the morning. Service for kitchen line backed up (sink filled with water) in apartment 3A. On location, neighboring apartment (4A) was also experiencing a complete blockage in his sink. All rental apartments at this location are owner by one owner. Owner was contacted by tenant of 4A about blockage. Pumped water out of sink from 3A which also caused sink of 4A to drain. The sink of 4A was draining into 3A causing it to overflow. 3A is a vacant apartment under renovation. Due to the blockage, water damage was caused under sink and cabinet. Pictures taken. Contacted owner who is aware of the situation in vacant apartment 3A. Snaked kitchen line of apartment 3A. This cleared the line of both apartments which are “in line” drainage wise. Due to the damage in 3A, drain was disconnected and sealed with a 2” no hub cap to prevent any additional water from draining into cabinet. Enzyme drain solution was applied in the drain of 4A and tenant was advised of ongoing usage to further ope

Customer has a heat pump system at residence, said unit was frozen over today, heat pump is 30 plus years old no name plates on it, system is low on charge. Customer is waiting for a family member to help her get a new unit which she needs, one half of heat strips are working, customer does have heat put electric heat on her but only half of heat strips are working, customer doesn’t want to sink any money into old system.

Customer had their emergency pan with about a inch of water in the other day, customer had used shop vac to remove water in pan, turned system on to see where it was leaking after running for 10 minutes small a drip coming from condensate line, removed insulation around pipe and found a crack in line, cut out two feet of 3/4 pvc line and installed new section, put back heat wrap and insulation around pipe, tested system and found more leaks.

Service for main line blockage 01/04/22 Arrived to home where customer notified me of the back ups they were experiencing in the toilet downstairs and the shower as well. I explained to the customer that I need to inspect the lines and snake them in order to determine what exactly the cause is of the problem and that if it was in fact nothing to do with our work, there was going to be a charge for the snaking. I then began to work on the main line through the double wye clean outs outside. I first put a camera down the line to find where the blockage was and then when I found it, I located it. After the camera I then began to snake the line multiple times until I was finally able to unblock the soft blockages Once cleared I sent the camera back in the main line to determine exactly what the cause was of the blockage. Upon further investigation I found there to be a belly that ran for roughly 7-10 ft. It was not our work that caused the blockage. It was the solids collecting in the

Customer stated system smokes thru chimney. Performed combustion test and system is dialed in. Advised customer due to condition of soot in chimney to have chimney cleaned. Recommended using Hudson valley chimney.

Customer stated that oil water has been tripping intermittently. Checked oil flow, nozzle, pump strainer and electrodes. Took combustion test. Was not able to get burner to trip while onsite. Recommended primary control replacement. Need to set appointment for annual maintenance on oil boiler

C/S Gasx2. Replaced air filters. Cleaned flame sensors. Cleared pressure switch hoses. Tested both inducers and blower motors. Tested capacitor and gas valve. Took combustion tests and temperature readings for both units. Both units operating normally no issues at this time.
