At first I believed the cost of upgrading to a tankless water heater was on the high end but worth it. After watching 3 technicians would together for 9 hours. Remove the old 75 gallon tank up stairs and at the end, The work was very professional, neat and clean and the area free of any material. Exactly what I expected from Folkes.
Reliable, thorough, knowlegeable and timely service by Chris Hait.
Zack provided an experienced assessment! However, The pricing for the 75 gal replacement is pretty high
Noah's awesome! He's been out to our place a couple of times and is always thorough and spends extra time explaining what he's doing.
Our AC dying was costing us sleep. Jermaine and the crew from Folkes came to the rescue with a very prompt installation of a new system. They said they'd get it done by Tuesday, and it was done by Tuesday! Jermaine was very friendly and competent.
Always a pleasant experience dealing with Folkes

Customer had temporarily stopped the leak with a piece of rubber hose and clamps. Customer was provided an estimate to properly repair this section of incoming line. We will schedule with Town for water shut off at street which is required to perform this repair. Customer accepted the offer for all required work; and will contact office to schedule work.
Ran hot and cold water in 2 sinks for at least 15 to 20 minutes. At no point I heard anything out of the ordinary, Except for cracking sounds resulting from calcium buildup at base of water heater. Service for a sink hole in the front yard. Customer would like to have us inspect the sewer main to see if there is a break or separation in the pipe. There is a double wye cleanout just outside the home. Sent the camera both ways up and down the sewer main and found that the 4†clay sewer line is in great condition for the most part except the last 25 feet before the sewer main under the road and there is a few little separations but that is leading to a lot of roots building up in the pipe. Sewer is currently free flowing but will definitely back up completely within a couple months. Recommend hydro jetting the sewer main from the clean outs and then for the more permanent repair, we would put an apoxy liner inside the pipe in the areas where the roots are penetrating. There is always a possibility that the pipe above the roots that we cannot see is broken or severely cracked. If the pipe is in that poor of condition the hydro jetter may break the pipe completely in which case the

The customer reset the error code and the system was operating normally. Cleared the condensate line to make sure that wasn’t an issue and checked the exhaust and fresh air vents. System is operational after multiple start ups and running the system a while.
Arrived to customers home and same issue as yesterday, boiler takes a long time to heat up due to conversion from oil to gas, customer had turned boiler on a little awhile ago and water temperature was at 100, increased temperature on triple aquastat to 150 and when it got close lowered it down to 120 trying to circulate hot water to boiler pipes began to get hot, house reached temperature, set low side of aquastat to 150 instead of 100 so at least it won’t work as hard to warm up, customer just has to be patient.
