Folkes arrived on 11/18/2021 to install a new 40 gal water heater. Upon arrival I started by turning the water off and draining the unit. I then cut out the old unit and put the new one in its place. I saw that the floor was messed up and may need to be replaced I recommended to customer and had first response come and take a look. I left estimate to disconnect and reconnect the water heater when customer decides to replace the floor. I then added an expansion tank to the new water heater and connected everything and turned the water back on and checked for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. It may take a few hours for the new water heater to heat up to the proper temperature. I then thanked the customer for choosing folkes and left.
