Checked upstairs heat, Unit was in lockout. Reset furnace, checked drain and flue operation. All systems operating normally, customer will call for maintenance agreement.
This is to snake main line from clean out in garage Folkes arrived on 01/10/2021 for a clogged main line.By removing the clean out In the garage and drained out all the water in the line. I then sent the snake down approximately 70 feet I cleared a partial blockage. I then sent the camera down and I was underwater for a good 20 feet. I’ve been located the camera which was approximately 3 feet from the septic tank. I believe the septic tank is full and needs to be pumped out due to the customer stating that the tank has been pumped out in 20 years. Hardness 10 Ph 7.2 Tds sink 200 At ro 37 Iron 0 Folkes arrived on 12/29/2021 for a sulfur smell in the home. Upon arrival customer showed me the current equipment in the home and I stated that it wasn’t the best and that it was from 2013. Most units last between 7-15 years. I recommended replacing the units with newer ones. I also suggested that they think about upgrading the well system due to the pressure not being that great. The customer is going to think about the options and get back to us. I then thanked the customer for choosing folkes and left.
Performed annual AC tuneup on 4 systems. Cleared drains, checked wiring, duct work, capacitors, amp draws, pressures on all 4 systems. Tested units. Systems operational. Installed UV light on Master bedroom unit.
