Upon arrival customer showed me the current equipment in the home and I stated that it wasn’t the best and that it was from 2013. Most units last between 7-15 years. I recommended replacing the units with newer ones. I also suggested that they think about upgrading the well system due to the pressure not being that great. The customer is going to think about the options and get back to us. I then thanked the customer for choosing folkes and left.
