Customer had several concerns, 1 was with a washable filter sitting on the side of his system, explained that the washable filter was dirty so my technician had put in a disposable air filter in his system, also told him to check his filter once a month and if it’s dirty replace it, he also had concerns about a noise he would hear coming from the openings on the air handler by the refrigeration lines, sealed all air gaps around system with foil tape, tested no noise, he also had an issue with straps missing and fallen down off flex lines, added new strap and re-secured flex lines, tested, system operational.
