Customer had a leak coming from cold water supply from hot water coil to cold water line, cut out a 2feet section of copper and connected with 1/2 sweat couplings and new pipe, also customer had a water heater installed by his son which the pex piping is installed crooked and has shark bite fittings on inlet of water heater, customer would like a plumber to come out and fix piping on water heater so it looks neater took pictures of how piping is currently.
Duct cleaning for two systems. 20 vents in total. All vents were cleaned out along with the two supply trunks and two return trunks. We went to the rooftop to check the filters in the units and they need to be changed, a note has been pinned with the sizes along with the photos taken we must follow up about the filters as they need them replaced.
Completed full duct cleaning of one system. Grills were taken off and wiped with disinfectant wipes. This is estimate preform a duct cleaning on two rooftop units for studios and 1 system in main building.
