Service for leaking hose bib outside front of residence. Customer advised that he attempted to turn it off; and the entire hose bib broke off and was shooting water. Customer turned off the main water valve to stop water. Checked and inspected hose bib. Was able to isolate and shut just the hose bib off and return water to customer throughout residence. Customer also advised of a leak through ceiling in laundry room. We opened up the sheet rock ceiling to determine that the shoe and overflow from an upstairs bathroom was leaking and required replacement. Customer accepted estimate for both repairs. Customer will call office to schedule.
