Furnace has a clogged drain line, cleared, insulated trap for drain line just in case it froze, tested, system operational.
Install shower body / customer supplied. All water lines reconnected and checked. Shower body/tub spout/and shower head all working correctly. Customer happy with work performed. Payment received.
Service to install: 50 gallons, 1/2 gas lines, 3/4 water lines, roll in, 58 inches tall, atmospheric, natural gas. Removed old 50 gallon hot water heater and installed new 50 gallon hotwater heater with proper spill switch. Checked gas and water lines for leaks. All working properly at this time. Customer is satisfied with service.
Water heater is leaking and no longer functional, needs to be replaced. Collecting deposit of total amount $2,254 which is half $1,127, collecting remaining amount upon completion of job of $1,127. Water heater will be completed tomorrow 12/24/2021 as per DJ
Service for toilet backing up on first floor. Inspected toilet and was operating normally. While running sinks to determine if main line was backing up; determined that upstairs master bathroom sink had a complete clog. Customer requested snaking of sink line. Snaking completed and drain was performing normally. No water test was wanted at this time. Customer er happy with service and will call office to have a ho e inspection and purchase a membership after the holidays. Payment received.
Removed and replaced leaking relief valve after replacement of indirect hot water tank. Purged system free of air and cycled system. System stayed at 17 psi and no leaks from relief valve. Per Tyler no charge.
Folkes arrived on 11/22/2021 to install new 80gal peerless indirect water heater. Upon arrival I started by draining down the old water heater and isolating it on every side. After it was drained I started by removing the old water and putting the new one in its place. I piped in for the boiler supply and return and added a drain valve on the return side. I then piped in the hot and cold side for the domestic side of the water heater. I added and drain on both due to there not being a drain on the bottom of the water heater. I then began to fill the unit by drain all of the air out on both the domestic and the boiler side of the unit. After filling the unit and removing all of the air. I connected the thermostat wire to the indirect and let it start to heat up. After a few mins customer stated that everything started to heat up. I also let the customer know that we will have to come back and put in the expansion tank due to there not being enough room as well as not being able to shut
Found relief valve on boiler leaking, isolated indirect tank and leak stopped. Checked pressure and found Domestic water leaking in causing excessive pressure. Customer left deposit for 80gallon peerless indirect water tank.
The customer stated a loud banging noise. Found the unit off, turned it on and heard the flame and gas valve turning on and off quickly. Found water in the flue pipe causing the pressure switch to open and close a bunch of times and causing this “banging noiseâ€. Found the trap clogged and one rubber 1/2 inch 90 a little back pitched. Cleared the drain and cut the rubber 90 down to fix the pitch of the drain. Tested the system operation after.
Service for plumbing call back: arrived to home to find that tank was leaking from unit. Found that tank union had split on tank tee. Went and got new fittings and replaced tee. Ran pump and checked for leaks all working properly at this time. Customer is satisfied with service. This work was done under warranty.

Installed oil fired peerless boiler with tankless coil and Beckett burner,all new components required by boiler installation, pipping and wiring as needed. Mixing valve installed in domestic hot.
C/S Gas. Tested blower motor, tested capacitor, tested inducer motor, tested gas valve, cleaned flame sensor, checked igniter glow, cleared out condensate. Replaced filter. Performed combustion reading and placed results on service tag. System running normally.
Was unable to performed boiler cleaning. Cleaning is owed to customer under MA. Performed annual AC tuneup, cleared drains, checked capacitor, wiring, duct, blower motor and wheel. Replaced air filter. Replaced thermostat. Checked pressures. Tested unit. System operational.
Moved condenser back to original location. Brazed in line set and checked leaks with nitrogen test. Ran vacuum on unit. After running vacuum pumped back in refrigerant stored in condenser.
