needed a cracked pipe replaced and one of there techs came out right away, very friendly and knowledgeable. fixed it on the spot, no going back and forth for parts like some other plumbing companies. 5 star service at its finest.

Customer had no water flow in home, out of any faucets, showers, or toilet, went under trailer home and tapped on water meter and started to heat water flowing, had customer check flow of water which is running out of kitchen faucet, customers piping is laying on concrete slab so more than likely pipe froze last night due to it being so cold, customer is going to purchase some heat wrap for pipes, also let customer know on really cold nights to leave faucet cracked so water is moving in pipes to,prevent this from happening again. Customers water meter is also corroded on bottom should have replaced soon.
Arrived and spoke with Danny about the issue. Went through the boiler, jumped out the first zone and found that boiler fired for heat. Went through the settings in the boiler with triangle tube tech support and adjusted the settings in the boiler. They think the heat was set to off in the settings from what Danny was saying from last night but today it was on. No issues that I can see at this time. System is operational.
No heat, need to return tomorrow morning to further evaluate boiler with tech support. Paid, check # 2307
Arrived at customers home to do a complete free whole home plumbing inspection.
