I’ve been working with Folkes heating and cooling for many years now. They never fail to provide wow service. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else for my heating cooling and now plumbing needs. The good folks people won’t let you down.

Performed ac tune up. Checked coil, blower wheel, delta t, pressures, capacitor, and contactor. System operating normally. Please mail invoice.
System had a low side pressure of 19, customer stated the system ran good a week ago before their vacation. Reformed a leak search and did nit find anything in the coils or fittings at the condenser. The two fittings coming from the head unit are in the wall behind the system, this was put in with the addition when everything was open. Customer would like pricing for a new system compared to finding the leak in the wall and then running new line set outside the house to the condenser.
Arrived at customers house for a estimate to replace tub/shower valve. Advised customer that her water quality should be tested. After testing water found that 10 gpg of hardness is coming through current system causing damage to all plumbing around house. Recommend replacement of current system while we do work on shower valve. Gave customer estimate.
Customer heard a whistling noise from the one return downstairs, removed return grill and noise stopped, flipped it over and attached it again and the noise was gone, checked outdoor condensers and tightened some screws system are working good, no issues or concerning noises.
Found circulator pump leaking and relief valve leaking. Gave customer estimates to replace both parts for boiler. Customer will get back to us for the repairs. Emailed invoice to customer.
AC tune up with maintenance agreement. Changed customer provided air filter, leaned inside coil, cleared condensate line, blower amp readings are normal. At condenser checked pressures which were normal, contactor in good condition, capacitor tested normal,system operational and working.
Primary control on hard lockout upon arrival. Reset and ohms were in the 4500 range and boiler cut off. Removed nozzle assembly and noticed holes for cad cell eye to see flame were blocked by dust, also electrodes very rounded put estimate in for customer to replace. Put everything back together and boiler fired with ohm reading 1500 and reached temperature had customer check faucets and water hot.
Found bad capacitor for second floor. Replaced capacitor and checked pressures which were normal, and system operational and working.
Installed triangle tube instinct combi boiler, all new components required by boiler installation.converted to lp.
Installed Navien water heater, tested, system operational.
Found blower motor not working in air handler. Spoke with Kurt and that was the diagnosis. Need to order variable speed blower motor.
2 gas & 2 A/C renew
Completed ac tune up. Pressures, evaporator coil, trap and drain, capacitor, delta t are all good. Disconnect switch was broken and contactor was burnt out. Replaced both and system operating normally,
Replaced board and still had the E1 error code, called tech support and ran through a few tests with them. (Mike) was the technician. He is recommending to replace the indoor board as well and run 14-4 stranded wiring from the indoor unit to the outdoor unit. Went over with the customer the issue and what the tech support line said.
Performed ac tune up x2, checked all components, tested pressures and temperatures. Both systems are operating properly.
