Arrived and the customer stated no heat or hot water. Went to the boiler and found there was a call for hot water. The boiler was nit receiving the call to the fan center relay. Found a lot of corrosion on the low water cut off sensor and on the controls. When I was testing and moving the wiring in there the boiler started. Recommended to replace the low water cut off, the customer was with me the whole time diagnosing the issue. Went over two options with her, with or without a maintenance agreement but the customer denied repairs at this time. Explained that there is no guarantee it’ll continue working and most likely it’ll fail soon. The customer said she would think about the repair. Emailed the estimates to the customer and collected the diagnostic fee.
