Folkes arrived on 10/13/2021 for a clogged line. Customer ran water for approximately 5 mins and started to back up. Customer also stated that the tank wasn’t pumped in 30 years. I recommended pumping the tank to see if that resolves the issue. If that doesn’t resolve the issue to call us back to snake the line. The customer is satisfied and I thanked him for choosing folkes and left.
