The work done was excellent. The technician was courteous and efficient. He showed me the items he was replacing and the reason he was replacing them. My only problem was that he arrived an hour after the two hour window we were given, thus tying up our afternoon longer than expected.

I had both a water pressure and shower mixer valve issue. When Chris came I explained the problems and he immediately recognized the issues and solutions. He even said he had the parts in his truck. It was easy to tell Chris was fully familiar with the problems. He replaced the pressure valve in the basement and the balancer and mixer valves in the shower. Chris realized that the original builder of the house had hooked the hot and cold feeders backwards. He tried to compensate for this by tweaking the work. He didn’t want to give in. He was very neat. If I have plumbing issues in the future I will ask for Chris by name. There was a little sticker shock over the bill; perhaps it was because I had no experience to base the price on. All in all, happy.

Arrive to customers house to perform annual service noticed burner was burning to lean adjusted air band to take away air coming into the system
Found the system not draining due to ice in the drain lines. When we left yesterday to come back with the part for a few hours the trap and drains iced over. Used a heat gun to unfreeze the drains and trap. The system is operational.
Arrived and the customer stated he had no heat in the home. Went upstairs to find the inducer humming and not running. Need to replace the inducer assembly. Ral supply is checking to see if it is in stock. We will return if it is in stock later today. If not we will order the part.
Performed oil cleaning with MA on oil furnace. Replaced oil filter, strainer and nozzle. Inspected ductwork and recommend getting duct cleaning performed. Found electrodes tips burnt creating weak spark. Replaced electrodes and bled oil line. Inspected oil fired hot water heater, found bottom of tank corroded and recommend replacement. Left customer estimate for new water heater with burner.
Installed oil fired peerles boiler with beccket burner, new control fields power venter, all new components required by boiler installation, pipping and wiring as needed, system started up. Need to install fresh air boot and reconect fresh air pipping.
Arrive to customers house for no heat in kitchen, went down to Boiler room to find zone valve completely corroded shot and unable to open, replaced zone valve and had a 10 gallons of any freeze along with a new air vent
Customer had to reset primary control, also customer found his fire attic valve was closed no allowing oil to burner, boiler running upon arrival, checked nozzle and burner head assembly which was clean, did clean burner head which was slightly dirty, cycled boiler which ran and got up,to temperature, boiler could use a cleaning hasn’t been serviced in awhile, left customer estimate for our maintenance agreement for oil and AC but system operational and working.
Arrive to customers house before annual service, changed filters strainer nozzle, clean heat exchanger, ran a combustion test, everything checked out, Customer explained to me that he was running out of hot water to quickly, recommended a high-efficiency On-demand water heater
Coupling on oil burner was stripped, replaced, tested system operational, also found air vent leaking, recommended to replace and oil burner motor making loud winding noise, recommended to replace as well.
Replaced door switch and indoor wall unit control board at ductless wall unit in pool house, tested, system operational.
Found condensate drain for furnace had come out of condensate pump. Put drain back into pump and tested with water several times. Blower compartment is dry. Drain must have got hit and fell out of pump.
Fujitsu unit in pool house has bad indoor switch and control board not responding properly, need to start with indoor door switch first and then replace control board if unit is not operational, need to schedule appointment to replace. Collecting deposit for half of the total amount $963.66 which is $481.83, remaining amount upon completion of job $481.83. Parts have been ordered and expedited shipping.

Customers pool house mini split system not working, has 5 flashes for operation, 8 flashes for timer, and continuous flashes for economy, code is for indoor unit intake grille position, tried calling tech support but tech support not open on saturdays will have to return during the week to further investigate with tech support, spoke with Jacob and let him know of everything going on.
Cleaned and serviced oil furnace. The furnace looks like it hasn’t been serviced in years. The filter was plugged, the strainer was plugged and the nozzle was covered in soot and gunk. Replaced all 3 of them. Cleaned the flue piping. Recommended some repairs which the customer did nit want to do at this time. Ran a combustion test and tested the system operational. The system is operational at this time.
