Very fair service

I called about my secondary drip pan filling. Not only were they on time, they were early. Noah came out and figured out the problem and fixed it for me. He was very knowledgeable about the system and had good situational awareness. I’m very pleased with the service and will use them again.

This is to snake the main line from the upstairs toilet. We would then set the toilet. And make sure it is working properly Folkes arrived on 01/17/2022 to snake the clogged toilet. I started by snaking the line from the toilet replaced and I was able to clear the blockage. I flushed the toilet several times as well as ran the bathtub. I was able to clear blockage. I then set the toilet and checked for leaks. There are no leaks at this time at the toilet upstairs. There is a slow drip downstairs which could be from the water we had when we started. The customer is going to keep an eye on it. I then thanked the customer for choosing folkes and left.

This is to replace the toilet and lower the shut off valve. We will have to lower the shut off valve for the toilet to be able to connect the new toilet. We will try to lower valve on the outside of the wall. But we may have to cut the wall and go in that way Folkes arrived on 01/14/2021 for a toilet that needed to be replaced. Also we had to replace the valve do to it sitting to high and getting in the way of the toilet. I started by turning the water off to the house and removing the old toilet and removing the old valve. After removing the toilet we realized that the line is clogged. We will have to return to snake the line.I then put the new valve in and tested fitted the toilet. Everything fits perfect. I told the customer we will be back to snake the line and set the toilet. The customer paid in full for today’s work and left a deposit for the remainder of the work that will be done next week. The customer is satisfied with the work that was completed. I then thanked the cust

Gave the customer the estimate to replace the two thermostats upstairs with nest thermostats. He has a master slave setup now. The zoning board would have to be replaced and some wiring would need to be done. Emailed the estimate over to the customer and he will think about it.

Arrived at customers house due to them running out of water .the house has a history of running out of water used to be every week or so they run out customer informed us that now it seems it’s happened three times since the new pump was put in about a week and a half ago. I checked the system out and changed the toggle switch on the overload from 7 to 6 as recommended by the vendor.I then opened the wellhead and Dropped a rock and got 18-20 seconds before we heard water. We times that by 17 and got roughly 306’. I found that the customer has the antiquated softener goes off and he seems to think which is no good number one it’s gonna use a bunch of water but also if it goes off while they’re using water it will take and not give any time to recoup. I explained that’s why most softeners are set to go off at 12am so it gives the well some hours to recoup before household water starts getting used. The cosmos permission we put the softener bypass and decided to see if that h

Arrived at customers house to give estimate on installing our reverse osmosis system in her basement on the shelf supplied by them and then running the lines over to their icemaker and up to their sink on the first floor customer also stated that the Fossett they want needs to be brushed nickel not satin. And that they would like a holding reservoir of at least 5 gallons. I sent an estimate for this work customer also needs a water treatment tune up on their softener and the technician needs to give a price for installing their softeners discharge line the right way not how it is now tapped into the clean out plug which they can do Those estimates when they get to the job for this install. As stated in the estimate if the customer is not happy with the style of faucet that comes with the unit and there may be minimal additional charges to get one more to their desire. The customer stated that a next week install is acceptable. I think her for having us and letting us get the chance to

Folkes arrived on 12/28/2021 for a clog in one of the toilets. Upon arrival I noticed when you flushed the toilet it would overflow into the tub as well as the bottom of the toilet. I recommended the we pull the toilet and snake the line. We are going to replace the toilet and get a better view on what’s going on. We will to pull the toilet and replace it with a new one. The price includes replacing the toilet as well as the wax ring, bolts to secure to floor, as well as a supply line. It does not include any repairs to the flange if there happens to be an issue. There would be an additional charge for that I’d there is an issue. I then thanked the customer for choosing folkes and left. We may have to special order the toilet

Service for no water. Arrived to the home and found that the system has zero pressure and the minute you turn the power on it trips the breaker. The way the system is wired is incorrect. There is good connection for the wire going out of the home to the well. Tested the well pump and the pump motor is dead. Customer thinks the well is about 400 feet deep and is on stick pipe. Also the tank and wiring is wrong so it is recommended that the system be replaced or upgraded to a constant pressure. The well cap is not a water tight cap and there is ice build up on the wiring, recommend installing a water tight well cap on the well head. There is no ground wire running down to the pump so we will install the new pump with 3 wire plus ground and drop the well on schedule 120 pvc stick pipe. 12-22-21 return trip to upgrade the current well system to a constant pressure control system. The existing well system is not working at all so we cut out all the old equipment. When we pulled the well w

Service for a foul odor in the bathroom. Customer just moved into the house about 3 months ago. They recently had the septic tank pumped. They pulled and reset the downstairs toilet a few weeks ago because the water was coming out from the base of the toilet. Customer found that there is no flange there and it’s just cemented into the slab. When we arrived you can smell the sewer gas coming out from the base of the toilet. Pulled the toilet and found that the lead bend for the toilet is crumbling apart. We noticed that there is water bubbling up from the ground just behind the house near the septic tank. We sent the sewer camera down from the toilet in the basement and found that the branch line from the toilet to the house trap is completely falling apart. The house trap itself is in terrible condition. Found that the washing machine drain is tied into a poly pipe that runs under the slab and dead ends under the ground causing a mud pit in the back yard. The laundry drain should be

This is to snake main and clear line Folkes arrived on 12/10/2021 to snake the main line. I started by removing the lid and snaking the line from the inlet of the septic tank. I cleared the line and camera after. I noticed that the pipe was old clay and very uneven. I recommended replacing he whole line from the house to the septic tank. There is also an issue with the upstairs toilet it goes down very slow. I recommended replacing the toilet due to the age and snaking the line once the toilet is off. Customer is going to hold off on that for now. I then thanked the customer for choosing folkes and left.
