Customer had no heat in home, went to boiler to find pilot light out, tried to re light pilot and would not stay lit, tested thermocouple which tested weak, replaced thermocouple and pilot stayed lit, had customer turn on thermostat and wasn’t getting any communication from thermostat, jumped out thermostat and boiler came on, customer will purchase her own thermostat, left thermostat jumped out so customer would have heat heat tonight, system is operational and working, boiler is 30 years old.
