Arrived to the home and the customer had stated one room connected to the master bedroom zone would get very hot. The rooms are right next to each other, the thermostat is in the master bedroom and the other room has an 8†vent going to it. The room is pretty small and at night when the door is closed the room gets very hot and keeps blowing since the thermostat is in the master bedroom and not satisfied yet. There is nit much we can do about this. I recommended to try and leave the door open as long as possible to have the air circulate through the return in the hallway more and also showed the customer how to adjust the air flow in the room at the vent, turned it down for them to restrict the air coming in the room. The customer said the heat is working great but this was theirs only issue. She is going to play with the vent to see which setting will make it most comfortable.
