Found system locked out on high limit upon arrival. Jumped high limit and system turned on. Checked high limit for continuity , found open line. Replaced with temporary high limit switch and need to return with correct sensor.

The customer stated no heat. Went to the boiler and found the pilot light out. While looking at the pilot found water at the bottom of the boiler, took a video of the inside of the boiler when the flame burns and found water leaking from the boiler block. The boiler needs to be replaced. Gave the customer an estimate for replacement.
Customer had no heat in home, went to boiler and heard circulator pump running moving water but supply and return pipes cold, found pilot light out, tried to relight pilot and wouldn’t stay lit, removed thermocouple which was very charred and replaced with new thermocouple, pilot stayed lit turned gas valve on and boiler fired, waited until supply and return pipes got hot , had customer feel baseboards in home which were warm, system operational. Boiler is older in age brought this to customer attention.

Remove old oil tank and caulk whole up with foam spray
Remove oil furnace and all duct work we seal all vent only of to come for oil tank it as 1/4 of oil in it
Install one 18,000 BTU in the living room and one 12,000 BTU in the bedroom. Remove the oil furnace and ductwork in the basement along with the oil tank. The electric panel is full so some breakers for the electric baseboard will be removed, or the additional panel in the basement will be used. This system qualifies for $2,300 rebate. 11/24/21 Installed 30k multi zone Mitsubishi hyper heat pump condenser with (1) 18k wall mounted indoor unit in living room and (1) 12k wall mounted indoor unit in upstairs Bedroom. New ac pad and blocks. New linehide, lineset, drain line and wiring. Mounted remotes on wall per customers request. Started and tested.
Service to install new gas line for Generac brand generator. Installed 20 feet of new 1†black gas pipe, and small section of 3/4 black gas pipe to new generator. Installed a 1†gas valve at start of work by gas meter. Installed a second 3/4†gas valve before flexible connector of generator. Tested gas line at 15 psi for two 30 min intervals. No loss of pressure on gas line. Secured gas line to exterior of the residence. Also painted all outdoor gas pipe with galvanized grey colored Rustoleum paint. Customer er happy with all work. Payment received.
