My service was scheduled from 4-6. I called at 5:58 to see if tech was still coming. Original tech was delayed at another job, so a back-up tech was sent. Once he arrived, the job was done to my satisfaction.

Found well pump not operational. Checked voltage to pressure switch, voltage present at pressure switch. Possible bad pump or control box. No frozen pipes. Plumbing department will follow up tomorrow.
Found boiler over pressurizing due to failed coil on indirect. Need to replace indirect storage tank, extrol expansion tank and boiler relief valve. Also need to install thermatrol expansion tank for water heater.
No hot water due to tripped GFI for water heater, reset, tested, system operational.
C/S Gas Furnace. Replaced air filter. Took temperature readings. Tested inducer, blower motor, capacitor. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked pressure switch. Took combustion reading. No issues to report system is running normally
Service for clogged kitchen sink: arrived to home to find that kitchen sink was slowly draining. Ran snake down line and got line to flow properly. Found that existing p-trap nuts were cracked but not leaking showed customer and explained how we should replace the p-trap. Customer went ahead with service all working properly at this time.
Arrive to customers house to perform annual service, while doing so checked over all components and ran combustion test, noticed capacitor tested way out of range recommended to replace customer approved
Furnace was not installed correctly, furnace is overheating and tripping roll out switch and limit switch, I shut down furnace at emergency switch and explained to tenant that unit should not be operated, furnace was not installed properly. Tried calling landlord to explain details that tenant provided phone # for but could not get a hold of landlord and could not leave voicemail due to box being full, need to call and collect diagnostic charge
Replaced inducer motor on first floor furnace, tested, system operational, recommended maintenance on both furnaces and replacement of pressure switch due to top that was found broken off.
C/S oil. Brushed and cleaned exhaust piping and heat exchanger. Replaced filter strainer and nozzle. Performed combustion and smoke test. Placed results on service tag. No issues to report.
Completed annual clean and service of one gas fired wall hung boiler. Removed and cleaned flame sensor. Checked all components of boiler. Tested operation of both thermostats. Performed combustion analysis.
Performed annual gas cleaning with MA. Inspected burners and water components. Found expansion tank full of water and relief valve corroding. Replaced water components and purged system free of air. Inspected gas pressure coming out of gas valve and inspected indirect water heater. Cycled system multiple times and got to operating temperatures.
