Arrived and found the rollout switch tripped down near the burner again. Reset the switch, pulled the entire burner out and cleaned it, took apart the flue piping and cleaned it out since it was a little dirty. Also cleaned the baffle in the water heater itself. Relit the pilot after putting the piping back together and tested the system. The water heater is drafting correctly. Noticed the plate that covers the burner assembly is getting a lot hotter than it should, the flame does nit seem to be as strong as it should be even though the burner is cleaned. If the pilot goes out for this same issue again we will need to come back and replace the burner assembly and gas valve. We have the model and serial number for the water heater and will need to get the part if the issue occurs again.
