Service to clogged waste line: Arrived to customers home. Customer immediately told us that we were here 2 weeks ago to unclog the waste line. Flushed the toilet and heard a gurgle in the drain from the shower. Opened the clean out in the garage and saw the fitting with some water sitting in the line. Used the camera to see the blockage in the line and within 6ft, we saw a blockage. Used the snake and fed it through until line was unclogged. Used the camera again to see if there were any more blockages. All is cleared. Flushed the toilet several times. Told the customer about the previous estimate that was given to them, Told the customer that it was my fault for not telling them from the beginning, That this was not a recall from 2 weeks ago. This Blockage happened because of what they were flushing down the toilets and that the only way to permanently repair this problem is to repipe the waste line up to the curb. Customer is aware that there won’t be free recalls from here on out

Service for dripping shower valve. Arrived to the home to find that the moen single handle shower valve down stairs that has not been used in about a month has a wet spot below the shower head where it drips slightly. Since the shower has not been turned on in over a month, this indicates that the shower cartridge is not shutting off 100%. Recommend trying a rebuild of the moen shower valve because it is only a few years old and has been barely used. The rest of the shower is in great condition. Rebuilt the moen single handle shower valve with new cartridge and gaskets. After the shower was rebuilt, it was tested and now working great. As a courtesy we changed the sediment filter that the customer already had on site. Cleaned the work area, collected signatures and payment. Job is now complete.
