Arrived and found the system off. Had the customer turn it on and found the system was running rough. Opened the ignition transformer to find the left rear screw that hold the hinge in place was drilled out and tapped but now stripped. The ignition transformer doesn’t sit properly on the chassis and is twisted. The burner sometimes ignites and other times doesn’t. The front screw that holds the ignitor down is snapped into the chassis as well. With the chassis like this the burner will never operate properly. We will need to get the customer pricing and availability on a new burner. Called N&S and they do not have this burner and are unsure if you can even get it.
