Arrived and found the primary and secondary pan filled with water. The float switch did turn the system off but water was coming out of one if the caps on the ez trap. Cleared the drain and the water started to drain out of the primary pan. Had to remove 20-25 gallons of water out of the secondary pan and pour it out outside. Tested the system operation after. After the 3rd floor repair Amy had found one of the air handlers in the basement was leaking water. Found that condensate drain clogged as well. Cleared it and the water drained from the primary pan. These systems need annual maintenance done each year so these issues don’t continue to happen.
