Professional, efficient, and available when needed.

Noah and assistent replaced my water heater in the course of one morning. No doubt he knew his job and performed it both professionally and efficiently. Unfortunately, it borke on a Saturday, so it was necessary to wait until Monday morning for replacement; but first thing at 8:30 they showed up. Most appreciative and good to have hot water once again.

Service for valve replacement: Arrived to customer’s home. Customer led me to the kitchen and showed me the valves he would Like to replace. Told the customer that I would install 2 angle valves for the kitchen faucet and a shut off for the dishwasher. Gave the customer a price and allowed me to proceed. Shutoff the water and drained down the water. Removed old valves. Install 3 new shutoff valves. Customer gave me a hose for the sprayer, and replaced at no charge. Turned the water back on and tested for leaks. Everything is working properly and leak free. Customer asked me to take a look at their toilet shutoff valve upstairs. Valve is seized and told the customer it is best to replace that valve. Will call if when they’d like to reschedule. Customer paid with a card. Customer is satisfied with the service.

Service for conducting an on site water test. The customer has several concerns and questions about the existing plumbing system in the home. Tested the water and the hardness is 10, the tds is 170, the ph is 7.5, the iron is 0 after the existing system. Tested the raw water before the system and the hardness is still 10, the tds is 175, the ph is 7,5, and the iron is still 0. The existing treatment system is doing nothing. There are two well systems on the property, one is for the irrigation and the guest house and one is for the main house. Both systems are currently working but they are not installed properly and they are also starting to become in danger of the tanks leaking. The old style well tanks are severely corroded on the bottoms and the piping for the plumbing is hanging all over the place. Since the age of the well systems is unknown, we tested both well systems to see how they were working. Unfortunately they have the potable water for the guest house tied into the same w

Cleaned and serviced oil boiler. Brushed and vacuumed heat exchanger. Inspected expansion tank, water feeder, circulater pump, air vent, and relief valve. Performed combustion and efficiency test. Unit CO was astronomical. Red tagged unit. Shut down at switch as well as oil. System not operational.

C/S oil. Filter strainer and nozzle. Brushed and cleaned heat exchanger and exhaust pipe. Put furnace cement on exhaust piping going into foundation as it began cracking when pulling off exhaust pipe. Performed combustion test. Took pictures of shut off valve that customer would like replaced, had no service and could not connect to wifi in customers home iPad would not let me make any estimates. System is running normally.

Installed triangle tube instinct combi boiler, all new components required by boiler installation, exhaust and fresh air piped outside in 3” pvc pipe, installed condensate pump, ran heating pipes from boiler up to attic hydro coils, added antifreeze in the system and insulated heating pipes in attic. Arrived to house, shut off water, drained the old 40 gallon well tank and then removed it from the house. Installed 40 gallon pressure tank with whole house 10” filter (20-1 microns). Turned water back on to house, calibrated pressure switch to proper 40 psi kick in and 60 psi shut off. Customer was shown how to change filter. Checked for leaks. It’s all working properly at this time. Customer is satisfied.

Ac tune up on ductless unit. Cleaned filters, system is living room filters were completely plugged up. Cleaned with shop vac and brush. Took temperatures. Took pressures, tested contactor. Cleared drains. Went over MA with customer, sent estimate to customer. System running normally.

Service for free estimate to replace kitchen sink and faucet: Arrived to customers house and introduced ourselves. Talked about replacing their kitchen sink and faucet. Gave them a price with and without materials. Customer also wanted us to check their cast iron radiator. Her brother in law broke the handle on the radiator, trying to isolate and reduce the heat in that area since there is no thermostat to control it. Told her that the only way was to install baseboard because the valve is very old and there’s a high risk that it could break off the cast iron radiator Explained to the customer that either way, she still wouldn’t be able to shut off heat up stairs due to the fact that it’s a continuous loop and would cause other areas in house to have no heat also. Emailed customer all estimate and customer is going to look into what is a better option for her. Customer is satisfied with service.
