Arrived to job and heard the fan running on the condenser but not the compressor, got a knife to cut the bushes back to get to the condenser then got stung twice before noticing she had a large bee hive in the siding of her house. Tried to take care of the situation with spray but it is a large hive, left the customer a message about the situation telling her to have the issue taken care of before we come back to fix the unit.
Installed peerless oil fired boiler, 3 zone system, all new components, pipping and wiring as needed.
Found condenser fan not running upon arrival. Tested capacitor. Capacitor was way below range. Replaced capacitor. Tested operation. Delta t is 18 degrees. No further issues to report.
Found condenser not energizing. Found dual run capacitor failed. Replaced capacitor and checked system operation. Tested refrigerant running pressures and temperatures.
Found coupling for condensate drain leaking. Someone tried using electrical tape to fix. Replaced said coupling. Cleared output port for condensate on coil pan. Tested pump. No further issues to report.
Installed existing fan blades on customer supplied condenser fan motor. Found system to be very low on charge. Recharged system to proper operating pressures and temperatures. No guarantees on leaking R22 system. Recommended replacement.

Found programs in thermostat not adjusted properly, adjusted, tested, system operational.
Found emergency pan filled with water. Cleared P trap and ran a few gallons of water through line and pan started draining. Also checked pressures and were normal for second floor unit, customer also changed air filter prior to visit. Please mail invoice from last visit to customer we had wrong email it is the gmail account.
Arrived at customers house to replace 3/4 inch main water shutoff valve. Water department located curb shutoff which is a diagonal from the corner of house where water come in about 10 inch under the ground we found column 15 feet from house. Installed new valve tested and checked for leaks. Also checked frost free hose bib that was installed Monday. No leaks. All Is good at this time.
Arrived at customers house for water leak in garage coming from frost free spicket customer has material to fix leak charged half and hours labor. Fixed leak and tested.
Found condenser not coming on, found a loose wire (L2) once the condenser came on I checked pressures and found only 14psi in the line, right at the flair fitting to the condenser it was leaking, there was a lot of oil around the spot as well, tightened the fitting and added 410A. System is operating normally.
Found capacitor for 2nd floor out of range. Replaced capacitor tested operation. Also found breaker tripped for first floor. Reset breaker and tested operation. No further issues to report at this time.
Found broken gate valve on water main before water meter. Need to return tomorrow to shut water off in street and replace main shut off. Shut ball valve by water softener to stop leak.
Found primary pan overflowing through overflow port. Cut and cleared drain. Tested with water and checked pump operation. Flood biological growth in air handler. Installed UV biocide light. Checked system operation.
