Customer had AC on for a few hours and no air coming from vents, went to air handler first fan was in low speed, logged in coolcloud app and air handler didn’t have any error codes, went to condenser which had a error code of L2 LPCO lockout, jumped out low pressure switch and low side pressure at 32 PSI, checked condenser for leaks which didn’t see any, went to air handler and found leak in evaporator coil, and coil discolored. Unit is only a year old will need to get pricing and availability for coil.

Cleaned and serviced oil furnace. Replaced the filter, strainer and nozzle. Took a combustion test. The system is from 2018. No issues to report. Found the humidifier not working. It looks to be about 20 years old. Replacement parts are not available for this humidifier. Gave an estimate for replacement.

Cleaned and serviced one oil fired furnace, customer changed filter, changed filter, nozzle, and strainer, inside combustion chamber clean, tested thermostat and unit fired up, but blower didn’t come on and breaker tripped, checked all connections and found water in wire nuts from leak, cut back and added new wire nuts to connections and blower came on, customers drain pan from ac on top of furnace may have a crack cannot see pan due to being enclosed coil, customer would like us to come back in spring and possibly see if pan is available.

No AC 1st floor due to bad thermostat, jumped out thermostat in order to operate system, system fired up checked pressures and found levels to be normal, checked air filter no filter (20x25x1) and dirty evaporator coil needs to be cleaned. No AC in bonus room, unit in garage, evaporator coil also needs to be cleaned found clogged air filter (16x20x1), no ac due to no batteries in thermostat and disconnect plug laying on floor in grass, turned on system checked pressures found system operational, but not condensate pump, condensate pump is burnt out and customer would like to have condensation pump replaced for basement and garage. No AC in 2nd Floor due to hydro air handler being taken apart completely, system is an old r-22 unit recommend residential replacement. No heat oil boiler, oil leaking in chamber due to bad oil pump, firematic valve does not have proper shut off, boiler leaking as well as parts around it, like circulator pump flange, backflow preventer, and main water line co

Cleaned and serviced oil boiler. When opening the front of the boiler the oil line split and started to leak. Had to cut the line back and reflare the oil line. No more leak after. Changed the filter, strainer and nozzle. Brushed and vacuumed heat exchanger and tested the system.

No AC, arrived and turned on system and found AC operational checked pressures and found levels to be normal, checked filter, dirty, replaced, checked air handler and found heat strip on and running while ac is running, checked all low voltage wiring for short, no shorts, checked condenser wiring and found w wire energized and sending which is turning on the heat strip, need to further diagnose system with tech support. Control board at condenser and or defrost control board may need to be replaced. Removed w wire from wiring so AC and heat will operate but not heat pump.

Service to install electric water heater: Arrived to customer’s home. Customer led to the bedroom closet where the water heater was located. Water main for mobile home is supplied by house next door. Water was shutoff and electric was off upon arrival. Started to drain down the water heater. Removed it. Placed new electric water heater in place on blocks. Re piped hot and cold lines with 2 new shutoff valves. Wired electric water heater. Attached new drip tube for the relief valve. Next door neighbor turned on the water. Checked for leaks and purged air out of water lines. Cleared out aerators from all plumbing fixtures. Unit is working properly and there is hot water. ***Customer refused to pay remaining balance. Customer said that she called this morning and discussed “a payment plan for financing” Was given order to close out ticket by Dj***

Folkes arrived on 09/28/2021 for a leaking hose bib. Upon arrival customer stated that the hose was spraying everywhere when a hose was attached to the hose bib. I tested and noticed the the hose didn’t have a gasket in it. Customer is going to get gaskets for the hose and see if that works. As of now the hose bib is working at this time. I then thanked the customer for choosing folkes and left.

Arrived and found the electric water heater leaking badly. Only way to turn the water off to it is turning off the well pump which turns off the water for 2 other trailer homes. We will need to get the water heater installed tomorrow morning. Need to have 2 people. 3/4 inch ball valves and 3/4 fittings. Can not fit an expansion tank in the closet area. Need the next door neighbor to turn off the main water for the other two houses. They all run off the same well.

No hot water. Customer replaced zone valve himself and hot water began failing after. Zone valve was wired correctly. Found a lot of air in indirect line, customer did not close off returns when purging. Removed all air and pipes got hot. Informed customer he will have hot water in about and hour or 2.

For furnace side changed filter, nozzle, and strainer, inside combustion chamber clean, primary control tested fine, transformer tested normal, bled oil line to rid air from changing filter and strainer, tiger loop has oil and functioning, performed combustion and efficiency test which everything looked normal, system operational and working.
