Great job. Done in one day. Professional team. On time. Competitive pricing. Really appreciated the care that was obvious.

Service for toilet leak: Artois customers home. Customer led me to their bathroom. Customer says that the toilet was hit and shifted from the floor, also snapping 2 bolts from inside the tank. Gave the customer an estimate to repair the toilet or to install a new one. Customer agreed to replace it instead. Customer wanted a kholer toilet so I adjusted the price by increasing it. Customer approved this and I ordered a toilet from security. Removed old toilet. Installed new wax ring and bolts. When new toilet was dropped off I put in place. I installed a new angle valve shutoff. Filled the toilet and checked for leaks. Toilet flushes properly and no leaks. Performed a water quality test. pH 6.5 Iron .5ppm Hardness 7 grains Checked to see where a new softener could be installed. Wrote 4 estimates for water conditioning. Sent to customers email. Customer also wanted a quote to extend condensation drain pipe outside. Gave an estimate for that as well. Customer was very happy and paid with
Replaced 2 stage gas valve. Converted to LP. Reconnected all fittings and bled gas line. Started system and set the gas pressure to 6â€H2O low and 10â€H2O high. System is operational.
Found furnace not firing on call for heat. Looked thru sight glass and no error codes illuminated. Removed covers and watched unit cycle. Igniter lit and gas valve clicks but flame doesn’t light. Checked incoming gas pressure. 12.33inWg. When valve tries to open incoming pressure drops to 11.66inWg. Outgoing pressure is 0.199inWg. Turned unit off and bled system to free possible air in line. Rebooted system and same current readings. Tested voltage to gas valve. 25 volts to gas valve are current. Spoke with Greg, Danny, and Noah and they advised replacement of the gas valve.
Installed peerless oil fired boiler with Beckett burner, pipping and wiring as needed for a 4 zone valve system, all new components required by boiler installation. Started heat all zones working properly. Installed 50 gallon electric water heater, (Orlando Electric).
Cleaned and serviced oil boiler under the install agreement. Replaced the filter, strainer and nozzle. Took a combustion test after he cleaning. Signed the customer up for a new maintenance agreement for the next upcoming year.
Upon arrival found door not fully secured to blower compartment. Secured door and unit turned on. 20 degree Delta T.
Original ticket was to camera the underground drain line for the softener and the gutter. Camera inspected the line and found a lot of debris built up in the pipe and about 13 feet out there a big dirt blockage. It is corrugated pipe and with the amount of debris that’s built up, the drain will have to be hydro jetted using the mini jetter to remove all the debris and then the line can be camera inspected the rest of the way. 9-9-21 return trip to hydro jet the underground drain line for the gutter and softener. We were out two days ago and could only get out about 8 feet with the camera and the snake. As a courtesy we came back to try and hydro jet the line to remove more of the blockage. With the jetting machine we were able to remove about 8 more feet of the blockage which is solid dirt and debris from the roof and gutter system. We got to a point where the jetter and camera could not go any further. Hand dug the area where the camera was getting hung up and found that the broke
Installed Amana furnace with evaporator coil and condenser, exhaust and fresh air piped outside in 3†pvc pipe, new plenum and 16x25 media filter. Furnace converted to LP, started ac, didn’t start heat, gas pipe not done yet ( by homeowner) installed T6 thermostat and condensate pump.
Clean and service Gas with MA, had to shut down furnace at gas valve and emergency switch, due to cracked heat exchanger and presence of CO I’m air stream. No heat, also found wiring at thermostat done incorrectly, adjusted, tested.
Tested the system and everything is working fine however the drain under the ground is now backing up because the correct amount of water is being discharged from the softener with the bigger drain tube and the drain is backing up. The corrugated pipe may be collapsed, plugged with dirt or broken under the ground. Advised the customer that we will have to schedule a return trip to camera inspect the line and try to get it flowing again. There may be additional charges if the line has to be dug up or replaced but we won’t know the condition until we get the camera down the drain. 9-7-21 Original ticket was to camera the underground drain line for the softener and the gutter. Service to run a new discharge line from the treatment to the drain out back. Will have to jack hammer a larger whole through the wall. Also will have to service the units once the new discharge line is installed. Will have to vacuum out the excess water from the brine tank as well. Pulled out the old discharge line which was way undersized and installed the new vinyl discharging tubing to the outdoor drain. Had to bore out the wholes through the wall to account for the bigger pipe. Once we had the new drain in we vacuumed out the brine tank and adjusted/service the treatment system. Service for plumbing installation: arrived to home to go over scope of work with customer. Started by shutting off water to home and draining down well tank. Cut out old well tank and cleaned floor underneath it. Put two 2x4 from floor trusses to concrete floor and screw a plywood to that to crate even mounting due to rock foundation behind it. I then went outside and dug up sewage line and cut castiron sewer main and installed double y clean out customer wanted both y to face the same way due to customer is going to dump camper into it and wouldn’t want to put it in the wrong clean out. Concreted wall and Fernco under ground went inside and removed cast iron stack and reconnected in pvc. Ran water and checked for proper operation of constant pressure system and also checked for leaks on drai
