Tested the system and everything is working fine however the drain under the ground is now backing up because the correct amount of water is being discharged from the softener with the bigger drain tube and the drain is backing up. The corrugated pipe may be collapsed, plugged with dirt or broken under the ground. Advised the customer that we will have to schedule a return trip to camera inspect the line and try to get it flowing again. There may be additional charges if the line has to be dug up or replaced but we won’t know the condition until we get the camera down the drain. 9-7-21 Original ticket was to camera the underground drain line for the softener and the gutter.
