Arrived and the customer had two issues. One had to do with some water coming from the bottom of the air handler downstairs, found the condensate line not pitched correctly. Pitched it and tested the drain. The other issue was no hot water. Found the thermostat wire for the indirect tank broken and not making a connection with the transformer wire. Stripped it back and tied it back into the circuit. The water will get hot in about 30-45 minutes once the boiler heats it. No other issues at this time.
