Service for the washing machine not having water. We were out here yesterday for a plumbing inspection and noticed the valves for the washing machine are sticking. The cold valve will not turn on at all, and the handle just spins. The hot handle was loose but we got the valve to open. The cold valve will not work again. Advised the customer that we have to return with a specific pex washing machine box and install it with the new valves. If the crimp pex is not strapped in the wall and we can replace with expansion pex from the crawl space all the way up to the new box, the customer would rather do that. Advised that we will have to open the wall some to install the new washing machine box. **will order both a crimp pex box, and expansion pex box, and then call the customer when we have the parts and schedule a date and time to come install it. Customer is only at the home on the weekends. So they will open the garage from remote so we can have access to the home to install the box wh
