Good service but came much later than window given

We were given a window of 12 - 2pm & waited home all day. Finally at 4:30 we received a call to inform us they’re on the way. We would really appreciate a phone call within the window given that you’re running late. It was quite inconvenient. The technician who did come seemed great. Knew immediately what was wrong & fixed it quickly.

Using hammer drill and drilled 4 holes. Secured with bolt and washer. System secured and leveled.

Arrived and the customer stated they were getting warm water. Not hot water. Found the zone valve for the indirect open and hitting the end switch inside, it did send power to the aquastat that did close the relay in it. 120v was coming into the aquastat but nit being sent to the circulator pump so water was not circulating through the the indirect coil. Replaced the aquastat and tested the system. No other issues to report.

Completed annual maintenance on two mini split indoor units and one condenser. Filters clean, blower wheels clean, cleaned indoor coils, cleared condensate lines, amp readings normal, at condenser tested pressures which were normal, tested with both running and individually, wiped and cleaned outside condenser. System operational.

New install no AC, turned on head and it would run for about 4mins and start flashing a steady flash, condenser would not turn on, removed cover off of condenser to check to see if there’s an error code, no led lights were on, all lights were turned off as if there was no power at condenser, pulled disconnect, and checked fuse and all electrical connections making sure all wires are tied in well, put disconnect back in, leds lights came back on, tested both indoor heads and found them to be working normal, checked pressures and delta t, found everything to be normal, cycled units on and off twice, systems operational.

Completed annual ac tune up of one ac system. Replaced customer supplied allergen air filter. Took temperatures and pressures. Cleaned coils. Cleared drain. Recommend duct cleaning.

Completed full duct cleaning of one system. Each grill taken off and cleaned with disinfectant wipes. Customer will call office to give credit card information because he does not have his wallet on him and is away from his home at the current time (2:16pm).

I heard a Drip/Tap kind of sound 2 times. Pulled cover off, inspected unit. Sound is inconsistent. May be condensation dipping off coil onto the drip pan. Drip pan was bone dry, at time of inspection. Dropped temperature down to 65 degrees. Once unit began producing more condensation, and drip pan began to fill. Drip sound went away. Customer stated unit does not get used very often. Concluded the sound was definitely condensation dripping on the dry plastic surface. Tested unit. System operational.

Customer has windows style wall-mounted AC unit, compressor is not kicking on. Recommend replacing with new unit.

Arrived and the customer stated the two system were not working. She does not want us to do a leak search since we have been out here twice for the same issue. Put the system to cooling and the system stopped working. The heat works but the A/C does not. The customer wants to call the company and wants a replacement from them. She doesn’t want to spend money on the system right now. Does nit want the tune up done since the units don’t work.

System low on refrigerant, charged under warranty, did leak search on evaporator coil, line and condenser, found two leaks, parts need to be ordered and replaced. System operational.

Arrived at customers home to install a chrome single handle faucet with side sprayer. After I made sure faucet was secure I connected supply lines and checked for leaks. Everything was in working order on departure.

Arrived and found leak from the oil cup, it looks like the gasket is leaking. Repaired and tested the system. No more leaks at this time.
