We were given a window of 12 - 2pm & waited home all day. Finally at 4:30 we received a call to inform us they’re on the way. We would really appreciate a phone call within the window given that you’re running late. It was quite inconvenient. The technician who did come seemed great. Knew immediately what was wrong & fixed it quickly.
He was knowledgeable and courteous
I had a defective nozzle that wasn’t working right 48 hours after having service done. Tech came out same day and fixed it. Very pleased. These guys stand behind their work!
WHY ARE THE OUTSIDE LINE COVERS OFF WHITE. NO ONE HAS OFF WHITE TRIM, ITS WHITE AND ONLY WHITE. THE COVERS ARE UGLY AND IF I WOULD HAVE KNOW THAT.......
Completed annual clean and service of one oil fired boiler. Replaced oil filter, strainer and nozzle. Brushed passages. Inspected flue pipe. Checked over all components. Found transformer weak. Recommend to replace transformer. Also performed combustion and efficiency analysis. All numbers seem normal at this time of service. Performed smoke test and have 0 smoke. Hot water coil is heavily corroded, boiler is 21 years old. Recommend residential replacement.

Using hammer drill and drilled 4 holes. Secured with bolt and washer. System secured and leveled.
Arrived and the customer stated they were getting warm water. Not hot water. Found the zone valve for the indirect open and hitting the end switch inside, it did send power to the aquastat that did close the relay in it. 120v was coming into the aquastat but nit being sent to the circulator pump so water was not circulating through the the indirect coil. Replaced the aquastat and tested the system. No other issues to report.
Completed annual maintenance on two mini split indoor units and one condenser. Filters clean, blower wheels clean, cleaned indoor coils, cleared condensate lines, amp readings normal, at condenser tested pressures which were normal, tested with both running and individually, wiped and cleaned outside condenser. System operational.
New install no AC, turned on head and it would run for about 4mins and start flashing a steady flash, condenser would not turn on, removed cover off of condenser to check to see if there’s an error code, no led lights were on, all lights were turned off as if there was no power at condenser, pulled disconnect, and checked fuse and all electrical connections making sure all wires are tied in well, put disconnect back in, leds lights came back on, tested both indoor heads and found them to be working normal, checked pressures and delta t, found everything to be normal, cycled units on and off twice, systems operational.
Completed annual ac tune up of one ac system. Replaced customer supplied allergen air filter. Took temperatures and pressures. Cleaned coils. Cleared drain. Recommend duct cleaning.
Completed full duct cleaning of one system. Each grill taken off and cleaned with disinfectant wipes. Customer will call office to give credit card information because he does not have his wallet on him and is away from his home at the current time (2:16pm).
