Chris did an outstanding Job, installing our new dishwasher!
On time(big deal in my book), very knowledgeable and efficient!
Our experience was superb! In a world where good service is VERY hard to come by! From making the appointment to saying goodbye to our AC technician, we felt comfortable and at ease. David our technician, was thorough and spoke to us in a language we could understand. We believe he went above and beyond in his service. We are very satisfied, so satisfied that we are making an appointment for our boiler next! Unfortunately we had a couple things we didn’t expect that we’re added on to the service call HOWEVER, we didn’t feel taken over the coals, the prices were reasonable and justified. Thank you!
Top notch service. Friendly, professional, efficient, and honest.
Shane and Tyler worked determined to solve a repeated, very slow kitchen sink leak It was a difficult leak that produced a spot or two slowly over a period of time. Tyler ended up replacing all the drainage pipes, which solved the problem. We are very happy with them and "FOLKES".
Noah was very profession and honest. After being told something completely bogus as an attempt to sell me on a new unit by my previous company it was so nice and very appreciative to get an honest answer as to what the problem was. Something simple that could have been fixed last year. Done with my previous company. Thank you Folkes!
Noah has been to the house a few times and has always been awesome!
Emergency call for no water. Customer had a few pipes burst in the boiler room and had to shut the water off to the entire house. Arrived to find that three of the water lines behind the boiler froze and split because there is an outside wall vent that was wide open and a cold draft was blowing directly on the pipes. Sealed off that vent and insulated he wall. Repaired the 3/4†copper water main with a new elbow. Also had to install new isolation valves for the hose bibs which was two of the lines that had burst. The existing gate valves were not working all the way which is why there was still water in the pipes and they froze. Once the new ball valves were installed, we left the hose bibs open so they can drain down. Repiped the 1/2†copper water lines to tie back into the one hose bib. The other one is split in multiple places all down the outside wall. The wall is not well insulated and the piping is now junk. Recommend that we leave that hose bib in the garage capped off for n

Service for free water test 01/03/22 The following are the results for water testing Hardness 5 ppm 81 Acidity 7 Iron 0 Customer also brought me to basement where he wanted to know if he could get filters changed out. There was a whole house filter which was for the house the well tank was in, however the well feeds two homes. He has a second house on his property that he rents out to tenants. There is another filter before the water line exits the foundation of the home out to the other home next to the customers. I suggested the filter on the secondary home be changed out and that the whole house filter should be replaced because the casing is stuck and won’t come off. There is something wrong with how the casing was threaded into the top of the case. I believe it is cross threaded because I saw a small leak dripping down from the top of casing. This was brought to the customers attention and he understands it should be replaced. I left estimates for these two things. A
