Customer had stated that water would get scorching hot after running for about 15-20 minutes, ran faucets in kitchen and first floor bathroom for about 15 minutes and sure enough water temperature started to creep up, turned temperature of water down boiler shut off, went to boiler and noticed with water heater not calling for hot water boiler pressure began to climb to 35 psi, customer has a leak internally in coil of indirect tank, gave customer estimate to replace tank. Will let us know of what action they will take.
