Excellent Service!

Had to replace one of our biggest radiators in our home. Tyler and his other coworker gave us phenomenal service. They spent more then half of their day here making sure the job was done right, along with carrying an extremely heavy radiator down a flight of stairs. Great, friendly and dedicated service. Will always call Folkes if we need any help with our heat or plumbing.

Oil drip at flare nut connected to oil pump. Tightened flare nut and let system run for 25 minutes. Drip has stopped after tightening flare nut. Took pictures and video of unit running with no leak. Let system run through 2 cycles with no more drip or leak from flare connection. We were here in November and did work around where leak is coming from. We replaced filter strainer and nozzle and leak/drip is from that area. Customer stated he did not have leak before repairs. No diagnostic as it pertains to previous work done by us.

Estimate for leaking 50 gallon natural gas water heater / power vented. Also install expansion tank and drip tray. Provided customer with option to replace heater as it was leaking onto floor. Customer advised that she was getting an estimate tomorrow; and does not want to proceed until after her second estimate. Advised customer that we would value her business and to discuss her second estimate with us if she wishes. Also advised customer that the price is higher than a naturally vented water heater due to the power assist.

Dryer vent cleaning. 15 feet of hard pipe running outside. Disconnected piping at 90 degree fittings and cleaned each section individually. Piping was packed full of lint at each 90. Pipes are now clean, checked vent from outside and pipe is now clean from dryer to outside.
