Service to switch expansion tank from potable to hydronic. Expansion tank installed and checked. All working properly. Boiler was running prior to / and after work was performed. Customer happy with service.

Found boiler pressure exceeding 30psi due to failed expansion tank. Causing relief valve to open and leak. Replaced expansion tank and relief valve. Filled and purged boiler. Checked system operation and checked pressure. Need to schedule maintenance on oil fired boiler.
Performed oil cleaning with coupon for 189.99 servicing. Inspected exhaust piping and tested water components. Replaced spin on oil filter, strainer and nozzle.
Replaced faulty flow control valve. Refilled boiler, purged and bled radiators.
Found flow check bleeding through hot water to second floor heating zone when boiler making hot water through indirect. Need to replace flow,check and fittings. B&g SA-1. Also checked operation of bedroom ductless system. Checked drainage with water. Also recommended to run system at lower fan speed for better humidity removal. Need to return to completed work.
