Arrived on this day to complete maintenance tuneup on single package unit. Replaced UV bulb checked electrical components system was operating properly. Thermostat has an display issue but is operating normally. Customer paid via card. Quoted customer $115 for 16x25x5 pair of mar14 filters.
Customer will call tomorrow to complete payment for FCC agreement.

Checked refrigerant levels and all electrical on system and everything looks good at this time. Filter looked great as well and system is operating as it should upon departure
Upon arrival found bad thermostat. Customer is going to replace with self provided Nest thermostat.

Serviced outdoor unit checked all electrical components and boards for any burn marks are damaged wires removed all leaves and debris out and away from system checked filter replaced filter system is operating as should
Came out to job. Unit was spitting out bunch of water. Cleared pump of algae and bacteria. Unclogged pan on pump as well, cleared both drain lines and had water cycling out normal. Tested it five times. Upstairs unit client said would not keep up when hot. Found leak and pressures a tad low. Have lead set for John so they can see what new system costs. Also found a bunch of microbial growth inside unit and bLower gunned up on wheel. Need cleaning. Quoted 3800 for two stage 4 and one uv light and cleaning.
Performed ptu checked amps elec components, caps, pressures and operation, found bad blower motor on outdoor unit cust chose not to address at this time
Performed a precision tune up on a 2 yr. old Goodman system, cleaned the unit, completed a maintenance inspection and all components of the system is working great.
