Arrived on call to perform cooling inspection and heat, cycled systems checked all components and cleaned/flushed drains and outdoor coils. Compressor rla 15.40=8.78 Fan fla 1.40=1.22 Suction psi 120 Liquid psi 299 Supply temp 53 Return temp 73 Outdoor temp 80 Sub cooling 10 Capacitor 45/5=13/3 (replaced) new 45/5 Mini split Compressor rla 7.40=3.78 Fan fla 0.50=0.35
Performed single system tune up. Checked electrical at airhandler and outdoor unit, checked pressures, cleared drain line and cleaned outdoor unit. System is functioning properly upon departure.
Arrived on call water leak upon inspection found main drain stopped up, cut loose and blowed out, flushed with cleaner and installed tee with cap for future clean out. System now drains as should.
Arrived on call to replace outdoor fan motor, installed, wired, and cycled system all working properly at this time.
I found a bad limit switch on gas pack. I currently have it jumped out so the customer won’t have to go without heat. I have climatic searching for the switch and if they have it in stock I will return today to complete repair. If it has to be ordered we will make a return visit to complete repair.
