Changed out thermostat and run cap. Checked operation, operating properly.
Bad tstat,customer will get her own tstat, then call us back to install. Customer paid with credit card 39.00
On arrival for PTU I checked and clean system. I checked all components didn’t find any areas of concerns. I only found a bad uv bulb on a package unit. I presented my findings to the customer and she got it replaced. I installed the replacement and cycle system, system operating properly upon completion.
Changed out warranty run cap, system operating properly.
Check outside unit and checked furnace. Check wiring, check blowers Check coils Check contractors Check capacitor Check everything running up to speed. Chris Brown quoted customer for $106 filter each he bought one.
Arrived on this date to diagnose why customer had no ac, found that system had bad start capacitor so replaced it with a new one at this time. System is now operating properly upon my departure
I came out to do a system maintenance on a package unit. I checked to make sure that everything was working properly and clean up.I came across that the filter needed to be changed. So I replaced the filter.
Down the drain extremely clogged search the round saw spots bacteria cabinet so I pulled fan and pulled heat strips ductwork is severely at risk will return tomorrow to speak with Mister Bradley tomorrow from 1 to 3 system is functioning upon departure but too much water is being thrown in duct because of duct pressure and dirty system
Arrived for service tune up and checked indoor unit. Checked outdoor unit.
Went through system thoroughly. Checked all wiring connections. Cleared drains. All components are in normal range. Refrigerant charge is set. System is 4 years old and in new condition. No rust or corrosion on coils. Blower wheel is clean. No signs of bacterial growth in ductwork. System operating normally upon departure.
