Ryan was very personable and respectful. He did his job in a timely manner, with confidence. Since my unit is 9 years old, he gave me recommendations of researching the possibility of replacing the system to prevent problems in the near future. I told him l will think about it and call if I decide to persue getting information on a new unit.

Come out to do ptu on one unit and found it isn’t working but main thing was bad transformer replaced it and pu fuse link and got ac running but he really needs heat but soon as I put in heat it pops the fuse so checked other stuff and talked to jerimiah and we both agreed it’s bad defrost board. So I collected 225 by card for transformer and ordered board at mingkedworf for pick up but customer wants to do next Friday. Collect 557.40 upon completion. Unit has allot of issues but customer don’t wanna do nothing at all but bandaid it up cause also looks low on charge just a little but customer said he will put own Freon.
Arrived to no cool with system off. Customer informed me that the system was blowing warm air so he cut the system off. Checked all electrical components and pressures. Replaced bad capacitor. System now cooling upon departure.
Could not find the cause of the complaint. Unit is back working properly.
Arrived for tune up on one system we installed checked all wear and tear parts capacitor was reading 43/4.5 was still in manufactured spec amped all motors and compressors checked filter also checked 1-4 breathe easy all packaged working correctly offering 5 year plan for 327 customer has health problems at this time and will possibly purchase later
Arrived to new custoner tune up upon inspection found system to be very dirty cleaned outdoor coil checked 40/5 cap and it was in range condenser fan motor is pulling slightly high amps and compressor is starting really hard when looking at my gauges found system to be slightly low of refrigerant upon inspection of indoor found coil to be rusted out and leaking r-22 refrigerant SCHEDULE A SUPERVISOR TO COME OUT NEXT TUESDAY 9-11
Unit looked good torque booster and levels were unit was back up and running when left
Arrived to service call for motor constantly running upon inspection found failed control module found me in stock at hinkle in bham will return ASAP to replace
Replaced Furnace Transformer. Transformer was shorted. Fuse was ok. No issues found that caused part to fail. All functions are normal after repair.

Upon arrival to a FCCPTU call. The technician repaired TVC. Also performed a precision tune up. There were no worrisome areas, cleaned up. Everything working well upon departure.
