Arrived on call customer complaint was one of the mini split cassettes will not respond, upon inspection found system low on refrigerant again, reset system and charged back up. Customer has leak detector and will leak search his self. Customer found leak and corrected it.
Arrived for service tune up and checked indoor unit. Checked outdoor unit and found bad capicitor, contactor and grounded compressor. R22 refrigerant level was low.
Arrived on call to perform heating inspection, cycled system checked all components, wiring, amps, motor controllers, auxiliary heat, temp split and cleaned outdoor coils. Also changed defrost settings from 90-30 minutes. Customer said breaker tripped but everything checked out ok, did not find any reason for tripped breaker other than maybe weak.
Arrived to call found no power to furnace. Found burnt wire nut. Repaired wire. System operating properly upon departure.
