Your tech arrived on time and was in / out in 45 minutes. He also was knowledgeable about a new service plan and I took advantage of the great price for a five year agreement.
Johnny did an outstanding job with all of the services provided. Thankful for his knowledge, attitude and customer focus.
He was very timely. I like the text messages to keep me notified.
Johnny was on time and very professional. He did a thorough inspection of my HVAC and pointed out all the issues that needed attention and explained the reason behind it.
Performed maintenance on three HVAC systems for homeowner. This service will help the systems work better for longer and ensure higher energy efficiency. Air conditioning tune-up will prevent the unit from breaking down as well.
Arrived to scheduled system maintenance. Checked all electrical components and pressures. Cleaned evaporator coil and dirt around furnace. Changed filter. System running properly upon departure.
Performed ptu system works as it should. Customer paid with credit card 39.00
Preformed a maintenance tune up. Installed primary motor controller an coil light replacement. Customer paid with card both units working upon departure.
I arrived today on a three system maintenance tuneup. I checked everything on all three systems to make sure that everything was cleaned up and working properly. I did find that both of the uv bulbs were blown as well as both of the cells on the stage 4s so I replaced all four of those items.
Arrived to inspect system not cooling. The downstairs system was running but not cooling. Upon inspection I found the system to almost be completely out of refrigerant. Operating pressure at 17 psi and standing pressure of 66 psi. The leak is visible on the back side of the outdoor unit. Also checked compressor and it is only pulling 2 amps and rated for 15. Checked capacitor on outdoor unit as well and it is bad. Going to set up a lead time for comfort advisor to come out and go over options. System not operating properly upon departure.
Performed 2 system clean and check. Found no areas of concern. Filter 113 needs replacing. Didn't have one on truck. Both systems operating properly upon departure. Filter paid for will need to drop off after getting one from shop.
Arrived on call no heat both main level and basement system not working due to wrong thermostats, customer is going to replace him self.
Performed 2 system tune up. Checked electrical at both indoor units and found no issues. Inspected ductwork and everything is really clean. The blower on the airhandler (upstairs) unit has some bacterial growth forming on it. Cycled both systems through heat and cool. Checked pressures on the outdoor units, found the upstairs system to be a little low but hard to tell with cooler outdoor temps. Checked electrical at outdoor units and found no issues. Both systems functioning properly upon departure.
Found furnace coded for open limit switch, reset and cleaned safety switches. Restarted furnace and cycled three times, system operating properly. Quoted customer for Fccptu.
