Client wanted testing of air quality. Performed testing of client's home. Analyzed the results with the client to determine the best steps for addressing the home's air quality issues. Developed a plan to install new filters and air purifiers to address the air quality. Scheduled future appointment for installation.

On this date preformed a tune and found microbial growth in the unit. Informed the customer. Unit is working properly.
Found Filter was full and was causing the rattling sound because air couldn’t pass thru. Changed filter and noise stopped and system operating as it should
Arrived to maintenance for ac and heat upon inspection of outdoor cleaned the coils and checked all wear and tear parts found battery cap well under recommended specs 80/5 reading 60/2.2 recommended new part upon inspection of indoor found water leaking from pvc pipe found glue had come loose causing leak all breathe easy packages working correctly and no other issues at this time need to ship 2) 20x24x5 practical pleats as soon as possible

Arrived for dehumidifier not working due to no refrigerant tore unit apart to find no service valves to add refrigerant looked at central hvac system and gave quote to maintain 3 ten year old systems and add a 2 zone dehumidifier for main level system
Arrived to fccptu upon inspection found system extremely dirty on outside cleaned system for over an hour and got it looking brand new went over electrical components with a fine tooth comb found no deficiencies all 4 stages of breathe easy working as they should changed dirty filter and renewed service agreement
