Upon arrival doing inducing fan motor seized up causing furnace not to start. Replaced motor and started system up. Heating as it should upon departure

Install breathe easy stages one through four. Pulled and clean blower wheel. Will need to return with new blower motor upon return ionizer needs to be installed and two filters need to be brought to customer aprilaire 113.
Arrived to no cooling call upon inspection found no call to outdoor found short in yellow wire changed wires over system started calling but on system start up compressor would not turn over found bad battery cap. Upon inspection of indoor found dirty air filter which has caused evap coil to become clogged and on inspection of duct work found bacterial growth in system These items will need to be done to assure the safe, efficient and long term operation of your system. Customer went with mandatory repairs and system is cooling upon departure
Came out to job. Unit was low on refrigerant. Could not find leak anywhere so did small fillup and will need to check back in a couple of weeks.
Compressor in thermal over load due to running all day with 0.00 PSI of refrigerant R-22 system recommend replacing.
Performed AC maintenance and inspection. Cleaned equipment as needed, checked for refrigerant leaks, visual and safety inspection, tested system operations.
