On arrival I checked and clean unit. I cycled system for heating and cooling didn’t find any issues at the time. I did found uv bulb was burnt and needed replacement. I present my findings to her nephew (BO) and paid for replacement stage 2 bulb with a check. Customer had left during me installing the replacement and cleaning the outside unit. I ensure that the system is working properly upon my departure.
Repaired leak in gas valve on 1 yr old furnace, lit pilot light on gas logs.
Found indoor coil totally impacted,cleaned coil and restarted system. System operating properly.
Reme led installed stage for breathe easy also, I would like a email receipt of everything on here today nothing going on mechanically with the system but there was a small amount of bacterial growth found in the supply trunk and on the April air 5 inch media filter replaced the filter and also installed a bacterial growth suppressor change the bulb on the inhibitor and add a five year FCC the system is fully functioning upon departure so is the breathe easy packageClient happy with Work
Verified blower relay had gone bad Was able to find replacement at John stone Repaired and system cooling at this time
Need too change time in service titan I arrived at 1:30 found blower cutting on and off due too coil blocking airflow system low on charge caps left off unit from previous tune up charged system back too 12 subcool system functioning normal and evergreen no longer has high amp draw

Changed out breaker got power to system found bad battery cap changed out part compressor still won’t cut on check windings in compressor and compressor is bad. Fixed two run outs on supply duct. Customer supplied materials for duct repair.
