Upon arrival found system had zero refrigerant in it. Customer said he has had to get it filled every year and would like a estimate after the first of the year because they are leaving to go out of town for next 2 weeks
Arrived for service tune up and checked indoor unit and clean evap coil with coil cleaner because coil looked contaminated. Checked and washed outdoor unit.
System still freezing up, was unthawed and low on Freon I tried to put some back in it, and it wouldn’t take any.I turned it over to Eddie customer paid with credit card 69.00
Upon arrival found bad capacitor. Installed AC restoration and customer requested thermostat so installed easy read thermostat
Upon arrival performed PTU on 2 HP systems. Cleaned outdoor coils on both systems. Found bad Cap on 2 ton system and changed it out. Fan motor on 2 ton system is seizing up and customer has warranty so will have company that installed it come out and replace.

Upon arrival found 10 year old system locked up blower motor primary and secondary motor controller burnt , rusted Evap. Coil rusted / leaking compressor cooler bio-growth inside supply and return air ducts. Requested field supervisor Chris Horton
Upon arrival checked on system checked all wiring made sure there are no cuts or burns replace filter checked flame sensors and capacitor everything worked properly whenever I was leaving.
Completed maintenance. System has a very weak starter, customer did not want to replace. Cleaned system, and notated the start of bacterial growth in duct system.
Completed single system tune up. No customer complaints with system. All components working properly. Unit is working on departure. Spoke with customers about renewing membership and he did choose to do so.
Arrived for service tune up and checked indoor units such as evap coil, motors, wirings and switches. Checked both outdoor units such as fan motors, compressors, contactors, battery caps and wirings. Washed both units with coil cleaner.

Came out to job. Unit was not cooling. Fan was not running causing it to short cycle. Secondary motor controller was bad. Changed it and unit started to cool. Client is doing one year maintenance but is gonna be for one tuneup for two units. Wants 11-1 appointment. Call to schedule. Wants Ryan to come out on tune up.

Found thermostat not wired up correctly to the heat pump package unit. Fixed the issue and all is working well. Installed some air purification products to help the daughter with asthma issues.
