Inducer draft motor clogged. Cleared it and system is heating properly.
Arrived on this day to do maintenance tune up on 2 units. Both coils are rusted and one has trace leak. Growth in duct work downstairs, cleaned condensers . Turned over to Allen. Customer payed via check
I replaced the run cap , system works as it should. Customer paid with credit card 416.00
Arrived on this date to diagnose why customer had no ac, found that someone had previously been here and cut all kinds of wires on condenser trying to fix it and apparently shorted out compressor, had to move a lot of wires in unit but still trips breaker so customer wants to call that person before doing anything else. System is not operating properly upon my departure
Found very old York furnace to have a bad control board, system is mismatched. Turned over to Andy for replacement.
Arrived on call no cooling system freezing up, upon inspection found refrigerant leaks in evap coil and compressor pulling higher than normal amps. With the age and conditions of system, would not recommend trying to fix but recommend upgrading system to something with full warranty and more efficient. This is rental property and the renter with let the homeowner know.
Found bacteria growth in both of the systems client did not want to talk about it or take any action whatsoever talk to him about service agreements because he said the only thing he wanted us to do at all would maintain the unit which I tried to do by telling him about the bacteria systems running but not functioning as it should be upon my departure ended up performing a 2 system tune-up his condensate pump is not working completely right it works sometimes it doesn't other times it's a complete Russian Roulette so Freedom Heating and Cooling is not responsible for anything that happens that unit that involves thepump a 30 day. The units are only five year old
Completed PTU of ac and furnace Tested furnace, cleared pan and drain Cleaned evap and condenser coils, checked electrical system is running as it should at this time Client brought up about duct issues feed bonus room Presented best option for situation Fixed air flow and added April air 1210
Upon arrival found extremely dirty supply air ducks beginning stages of biological growth checked all components cleaned condenser coil’s equipment operating upon departure
Arrived on this date for service found system slightly undercharged and airflow restricted from dirty filter changed filter for client in exchange for service agreement, resecured insulation on doors of air handler and added roughly a pound of 410 a refrigerant filter size is 213 AA
Arrived to both systems not cooling Upon inspection found both drain pans full and drain clogged Presented to customer and approved Removed close to 30 gallons of water and cleared drains both units running
Upon arrival preformed tune up washed coils checked all electrical components changed 313 filter everything checked out okay system running properly upon departure
