Arrived to find package unit running but compressor not. Upon inspection I found capacitor for compressor to be completely dead. Replaced capacitor and system is functioning as it should upon departure.
Come out and installed new trailer coil warranty pump down system cut loose coil put new one in soldered it up pressure tested and pulled vacuum under 500 microns and charged system and all is cooling properly but outdoor unit is shaking and making coil shake cause fan motor is wobbling or something making whole unit shake told them keep an eye on it and I’ll let office know what’s going on. Collected $1187 by card and send them copy of payment.
Upon arrival customer brief me on situation with unit, check and clean system. Found a small leak at the bottom left corner of evaporator coil. Will need to follow up with customer about labor of replacement for coil. System running upon departure
Arrived this date service didn’t find any issue beside indoor coil a little dirty. Unit is operating properly upon departure
Arrived on call no cooling, up inspection found a locked up compressor and burnt contactor, tried a hard start to free compressor but did not work. System is 22years old and has the old r-22 refrigerant, due to age and cost of repairs will have comfort advisor come out to give options on repair vs replace.
Bad nest tstat. Going to warranty nest put on eseeread for now. Nest was sending 24v to O making system heat house
Upon arrival to a FCCPTU call. Inspected the unit. The system is operating properly at this time. The system has a surge protection. Cleaned up, the system is working properly upon departure.
Upon arriving to a NC call. Proceeded with the system check to diagnose the problem. The systems filters are restricting air flow. The return vent covered up by a couch. Secondary motor control is bad the coils are also dirty. Spoke to the customer about concerning issue's, cleaned up. Unit working best to it's ability.
FCCPTU call, upon arrival performed the FCC tune up on the system. During the tune up, found bacteria growth on the indoor coil. Spoke to customer about bacteria whilst cleaning up. Said they'll think about it.
