Performed single system tune up. First turned system on and noticed the blower motor not coming on. There was a lose connection on one of the low voltage wires that plugs into the motor. Secured the connection and system started running correctly. Checked all electrical in the AHU, everything looks good. Aprilaire filter was dirty, replaced 213 filter. Inspected duct work, a good bit of bacterial growth is starting to spread throughout the duct system. Needs to be addressed with our breathe easy package. Checked electrical on outdoor unit, fan motor over amping but functional. Checked pressures and also cleaned outdoor unit. System is functioning properly upon departure. These are the items needed to ensure the proper operation and comfort of your home.
